Proactive grants are made to support a variety of requests that include operations support, capital needs, capacity building, program expansion and other special projects. This grantmaking program is by invitation only from an O'Neill family member. No unsolicited applications will be accepted or acknowledged.

Invited organizations will be contacted directly by Foundation staff, who will provide support and guidance through all steps of the proposal process.
