Application Process
Letter of Inquiry
The Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is submitted by an eligible organization as the first step in a grant application. It is a succinct document that provides essential information regarding the proposed capacity building project.
It includes the following:
- An assessment of need for the project
- A description of the project
- The impact the project will have on the organization
- The amount requested and the total amount of the project
To submit an LOI:
- Download Letter of Inquiry form below.
- Complete the form (directions are on the form itself)
- Attach the completed and labeled document to an email addressed to: Cynthia Drennan, grants manager, at cdrennan@oneillfdn.org.
Deadlines for LOI submission:
- April 1, 2010
- August 1, 2010
- December 1, 2010
LOI's must be received by 4:00 p.m. EST on the date due.
NOTE: If the submission dates fall on a holiday or weekend, the LOI is due to the Foundation the next business day.
