Eligibility
The first step in our application process is to determine if an organization is eligible to apply for a grant. Eligibility determination is a one-time only step for organizations that are new to the O'Neill Foundation.
Requests for eligibility are reviewed and determinations made monthly. This determination is made by O'Neill family members in line with the Foundation's mission and their funding interests. Organizations will be notified of the outcome of their request by the Foundation. Once eligible, organizations may submit requests for capacity building grants to the Foundation, beginning with a Letter of Inquiry.
